An important section of the Home 4 Care App is called Get to Know Your Client. This portion of the App allows the caregiver to learn more about your loved one's background and preferences. One portion of the Get to Know Your Client section allows the caregiver to gather background information about your loved one, including their level of education, the area in which they grew up, and their family history. All of this information is helpful when they are trying to connect with your loved one on a daily basis.
Another portion allows the caregiver to get information about your loved one’s activity preferences, such as their hobbies, the types of things they like to read, and whether they prefer to be outdoors or indoors.
There is also a Care Preferences portion of the Get to Know Your Client section that allows the caregiver to gather information about your loved one’s bathing preferences, food choices, daily routines, and other important preferences that your loved one may have when it comes to how they are provided care.
Another portion of the Get to Know Your Client section pertains to your loved one’s communication preferences, including their phone preferences, whether they like having lengthy conversations or not, and so on.
